Jonathan Vogel is the Founder and Managing Partner of Solomon Builders LLC, a company that was established in 2005. During the early stages of the company’s existence, Solomon Builders, specialized in the acquisition, repositioning, and subsequent sale of multi-family properties located in northern New Jersey. In 2009, Jonathan made a strategic decision to expand the company’s focus to include other asset classes, such as commercial office and retail spaces, where he consistently identified lucrative value-add opportunities.

The company’s remarkable ability to identify and secure targeted sites for specific retail applications captured the attention of prominent national retailers, including Dollar General and Dollar Tree. Jonathan’s profound expertise, coupled with his team’s unwavering commitment to professional project management, has solidified the company’s reputation for achieving exceptional results by successfully delivering even the most demanding projects.  

As Solomon Builders LLC continues to expand its portfolio of new commercial real estate developments, Jonathan remains dedicated to strengthening his team. By fostering in-house expertise, his team focuses on diverse projects in self-storage, industrial properties, and medical facilities, primarily within the New York metropolitan area, encompassing New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Jonathan’s academic accomplishments include graduating with high honors from Rutgers University and obtaining a Masters Degree in Education from Ball State University, which further reflects his commitment to excellence and continuous personal growth.

Steven Yenowitz holds the positions of Partner and Director of Development at Solomon Builders LLC, where he has been an integral part of the organization since 2012. Throughout his tenure, he has successfully overseen the seamless execution of over thirty development projects, from their inception to the attainment of the certificate of occupancy. Steven has established an outstanding reputation for consistently delivering complex construction projects within specified timelines and allocated budgets. His unwavering dedication to meticulous attention to detail has empowered him to proficiently manage multiple ground-up and re-positioning projects concurrently, encompassing all aspects from site selection, design, engineering, and construction to the ultimate achievement of the certificate of occupancy. In his pivotal role as Director of Development, Steven plays an instrumental part in the strategic selection, skillful negotiation, and comprehensive development, as well as the effective management of all sites within our continuously expanding project pipeline. Prior to his tenure at Solomon Builders LLC, Steven acquired invaluable experience as a project manager for residential new construction at Home Pro Modular Construction in Teaneck, NJ.


Paul Chung,  Partner - director of Acquisitions and capital markets, joined Solomon Builders LLC in 2023 and brings over 10 years of real estate investment and development experience across multiple asset classes and geographic areas.

Prior to joining Solomon Builders LLC, Paul was a Vice President at Quinlan Development Group (QDG), a New York City-based family-office focused on ground-up development and repositioning of a wide variety of asset types including mixed-used rentals, luxury condominiums, retail, self-storage, and commercial office. During his tenure, Paul closed on over $250 million in equity and debt transactions throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and New Jersey, and was responsible for deal sourcing, underwriting, capital structuring, overseeing entitlements/project management, asset management, and dispositions.

Prior to joining QDG, Paul was an Associate at Wildflower LTD (f/k/a Madison Development LLC) where he was responsible for the full development cycle of several self-storage facilities in the boroughs of New York City. Additionally, Paul was an Equities Analyst and Associate Fund Manager at Resource America within their Liquid Alternatives platform, providing portfolio management and REIT research on self-storage, office, healthcare, and non-traded REITs. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of the Illinois Math and Science Academy.

Ariel Goldberg, CFO, joined Solomon Builders LLC in 2019, and brings an extensive resume of more than 20 years of financial management, accounting, and inherent leadership skills. With a specialty in commercial real estate, he also has diverse exposure to working with domestic, global, private and public companies in various industries.

After graduating Cum Laude from Yeshiva University Sy Syms School of Business, Ariel served as a corporate Auditor with Ernst & Young in NYC providing assurance and advisory services for a varied array of private and corporate clients, including Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund and Major League Baseball. Next, Ariel served as an Investment Analyst and Chief Financial Officer for Sage Investors LP, and then the Global Director for Reporting and Pricing for The Jewish Agency for Israel.

As a NY CPA, Ariel’s passion for real estate, keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and innate organization abilities, lends itself extremely well for navigating the complexities often found in large real-estate transactions.

Josh Neuman, Senior Advisor, has over 20 years of investment experience as a CIO investing across asset classes and selecting managers as well as direct private equity and real estate investment experience as a private equity professional.

Josh currently is a Managing Director of Colter Lewis Investment Partners, a boutique wealth management and investment firm.  Josh was previously the Chief Investment Officer of Ironshore, Inc., a global specialty property and casualty insurance company.  Prior to joining Ironshore, Josh was the Chief Investment Officer of the Straus Group, a single-family office.   Previously, Josh was a Managing Director of Irving Place Capital (formerly Bear Stearns Merchant Banking), a middle market private equity firm where he focused on making control investments in companies.  Mr. Neuman also worked at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in the Real Estate Merchant Banking and Leveraged Finance groups.  Mr. Neuman holds an M.B.A., with high distinction as a George F. Baker Scholar, from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Economics, summa cum laude, from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
